MK Bis features

Enhanced performance

The MK Bis is a digital terminal that provides a high-performance service in commercial court registries. It optimises the printing service while reducing queues at court registries, enabling applicants to print the legal documents they need quickly and independently. What’s more, thanks to its barcode and QR code reader, it makes it easier for applicants to identify themselves.

To obtain a Kbis extract, users simply enter their company name or SIREN number on the interface. A very quick search is then carried out in the registry’s database. Once the request has been validated, the user can pay by credit card and receive a printout of the Kbis extract together with an invoice.

Design and technology

The MK Bis has been designed to attract attention through its shapes and colours, but also to reassure the user. An intuitive interface has been developed for ease of use. Searches can be entered directly on a highly responsive 15-inch touch screen. Thanks to a secure connection to the court registry software, the MK Bis can print Kbis extracts and other legal documents on standard A4 paper. The MK Bis has an integrated payment module to guarantee the transaction. The printer will issue an invoice for the operations ordered.

It is required for a number of procedures: applying for a public tender, opening a business bank account, putting together a supplier or buyer file, a dispute or a lawsuit, etc. It is valid for only 3 months! Digitalising the printing service will relieve congestion in departments and allow staff to concentrate on higher added-value tasks.
