The Rothschild Foundation digitalizes its reception with Iagona admission terminals

The Fondation Rothschild hospital equips itself with digital terminals

The Rothschild Foundation was founded over 160 years ago out of a desire to combine community solidarity for the benefit of the most disadvantaged with innovation in the care of people in distress.

The Rothschild Foundation Hospital, located in the 19th arrondissement of Paris, has been developing expertise in the treatment of head and neck disorders for over a century. The Adolphe de Rothschild Foundation Hospital is unique in that it combines eye and brain specialities with frontier head and neck pathologies, from infants to the elderly.

The Rothschild Foundation Hospital asked Iagona to simplify the reception and admission of its patients. In addition, the Adolphe de Rothschild Foundation Hospital has initiated a digitisation process and asked us to help with this.

Iagona proposed that the Adolphe de Rothschild Foundation Hospital install MK Med digital admission terminals.

The MK Med was designed by our experts to streamline patient admissions to healthcare establishments. Patients can identify themselves on the admission terminal using a QR code received beforehand, or a number. They can check their status, complete their file, print documents for pre-admission, and also make a payment.

Thanks to the MK Med digital admission terminal, patients can be taken care of quickly.

The Adolphe de Rothschild Foundation Hospital can now offer its patients the possibility of updating their social security card, booking appointments, completing a file by scanning documents or printing out documents that are essential for monitoring your progress in the establishment, as well as for reimbursing you for treatment.

Lastly, MK Med’s interactive on-board map can be used to direct patients to the various services.

What does the MK Med digital terminal look like?

The MK Med digital terminal can also be customised and Iagona has developed specific signage for the Hôpital Fondation Antoine de Rothschild.

The MK Med is a digital terminal that has been the subject of design research to enable healthcare establishments to offer an attractive and reassuring solution. The choice of materials is not insignificant, as we wanted to combine the warmth of wood with the technical sophistication of a high-definition touch screen.

The addition of customisable, illuminated signage makes it easy to locate while respecting your visual identity. By choosing an MK Med, as the Rothschild Foundation Hospital has done, you are opting for an elegant, cutting-edge solution.

People are talking about us

The “e-santé magazine DSIH” has written an article explaining what our MK Med terminals have achieved at Rothschild Foundation Hospital.

“[These terminals serve to] improve the reception of our patients – by reducing their waiting time – but also the working conditions of our staff. This freed-up reception time allows them to give follow-up appointments when patients leave the clinic. Previously, patients had to put their request for an appointment in a ballot box and were called back by our platform. Patients are very happy with this new organisation.”
