CENTRALISED EXPERTISE TO MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS

Digitalisation is not just for individuals and businesses. Local authorities, town halls, tourist offices and even chambers of commerce and industry can, and must, modernise by integrating IT into their communications. For these public bodies, communication via digital signage is a real opportunity to get noticed and enhance their image. It also makes it easier to welcome citizens and fulfil the primary function of local authorities: providing a public service.

Iagona implements customised digital signage software solutions for public authorities to meet their needs and expectations perfectly.

  • THE PROBLEM

The Air France KLM group wanted an excess baggage collection solution for payments made mainly in cash.

After consultation, the Air France KLM group chose the Iagona solution.

  • LA SOLUTION IAGONA

Iagona has developed the MK 3080 kiosk, specialising in secure check-in, adapted for use in airport areas and bearing the Air France KLM Group’s graphic charter. The multilingual interface enables passengers to pay their baggage supplement in cash or by credit card after reading their boarding pass.

Cash payments are made in coins and banknotes (in 4 denominations). Iagona provides a complete service, including the supply of kiosks and software, installation and commissioning, and associated services (on-site hardware maintenance, software maintenance, surveillance, cleaning, 7 days a week).

Testimonials

Air France

“We currently have excess baggage collection kiosks at Roissy CDG, Paris Orly and Amsterdam Schiphol designed by Iagona to our specifications and taking into account the very specific constraints of operating in an airport zone accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We appreciated their ingenuity, their ability to meet deadlines and their cost-efficiency.”
