FNAC equips itself with MK 1250 ticket dispensers

EXPERTISE FOCUSED ON YOUR EXPECTATIONS

Time-consuming manual processing

  • THE PROBLEM

Reduce customer waiting time

Tickets for shows ordered on the FNAC.COM website can be sent to the customer’s home address or collected in-store. France Billet (a 100% FNAC subsidiary with more than 1,200 points of sale/collection) wanted to set up in-store ticket collection terminals to reduce customer waiting times and relieve counter staff.

  • THE IAGONA SOLUTION

MK 1250 terminal

Iagona has designed and industrialised a kiosk that meets France Billet’s requirements, powered by a ticket collection application based on France Billet’s Web Service. Tickets can be collected by scanning the 2D barcode
provided when the order was placed. The tickets are printed and delivered to the customer in a matter of seconds. Iagona is responsible for deployment in FNAC shops, on-site hardware maintenance, software maintenance and remote management of the kiosks.

Iagona was able to develop a complete and operational solution in less than 3 months. After 3 months of tests in 2 FNAC shops, we decided to deploy 60 kiosks in 35 shops in France and Switzerland and to offer this solution to our sales network.
