EXPERTISE FOCUSED ON YOUR EXPECTATIONS
Cannes Hospital Centre, commonly known as the Hôpital des Broussailles, was named after the former Minister of Health, Simone Veil.
THE PROBLEM
The Centre Hospitalier Simone Veil in Cannes wanted to transform its patient experience to improve the quality of its services and control costs.
Matthieu Dubois, head of the admissions office, wanted to implement a digital strategy.
Iagona proposed that Hôpital Simone Veil install several MK Med digital admission terminals.
The MK Med was designed by our experts to streamline patient admissions to healthcare establishments.
Patients can identify themselves on the admission terminal using a QR code received beforehand, or a number. They can check their status, complete their file, print documents for pre-admission, and also make a payment.
Thanks to the MK Med digital admission terminal, patients can be taken care of quickly.
The results 1 year later?
Thanks to the implementation of our Iagona solution, 40% of patients go straight to their appointment, after a quick visit to the MK Med terminal, and no longer pass through the admissions office.
The patient and visitor experience has greatly improved, and the digital terminals have enabled staff to be redeployed to higher added-value activities.
The Hôpital Simone Veil can now offer its patients the option of updating their “carte vitale”, booking appointments, completing their file via the interface or printing out documents that are essential for monitoring their progress at the hospital, as well as for reimbursing them for treatment.
Lastly, MK Med uses an interactive map to direct patients to the various services.
The MK Med digital terminal can also be customised, and Iagona has developed specific signage for the Simone Veil Hospital.
The MK Med is a digital terminal which has been the subject of design research to enable health establishments to offer an attractive and reassuring solution.
The choice of materials is not insignificant, as we wanted to combine the warmth of wood with the technical sophistication of a high-definition touch screen.
The addition of customisable, illuminated signage makes it easy to locate while respecting your visual identity.
By choosing an MK Med, as the Cannes Hospital Centre has done, you are opting for an elegant, cutting-edge solution.
The “e-santé magazine DSIH” has written an article explaining what our MK Med terminals have achieved at the Hospital Simone Veil.
“With the installation of these terminals, the aim is to achieve zero administrative waiting times and zero delays in medical and paramedical care”.
