The Caisse d’Epargne of Hauts-de-France equips itself with all Iagona solutions
EXPERTISE FOCUSED ON YOUR EXPECTATIONS
Time-consuming manual processing
THE PROBLEM
The Caisse d’Epargne of Hauts de France wanted to offer its customers self-service cheque delivery in addition to the branch scanners used by its employees.
To this end, the Caisse d’Epargne of Hauts de France was designated as a “pilot caisse” within the Caisse d’Epargne community.
Tested from 2011 onwards, Iagona’s solution has already been deployed in a large number of branches. The majority of these branches are equipped with S3 kiosks, while the smaller S4 kiosks are used in smaller branches, and kiosks for issuing cheques in bundles are available to individual and business customers in larger branches. ARChe software, connected to ITCE for customer identification, runs these terminals, which are supervised in real time by SCRUTIS, also offered by Iagona.
Testimonials
“The implementation of these cheque delivery terminals has been a real success, both with our customers, who are delighted with the service, and with the other Caisses d’Epargne that have adopted Iagona’s solution, following in the footsteps of the Caisse d’Epargne des Hauts de France. Presented internally, this project was awarded the 3rd trophy for internal innovation.
